Timeline: Right after the events at the Triet Ruins.
Background: Being born a chosen so one day she could regenerate her world, Colette Brunel had always been a child who stood out. From being a known celebrity in her world, one of the top students in her class, and a master fighter-- Colette is a kind, selfless, and sheltered girl who was always able to lend a helping hand.
On her sixteenth birthday, the chosen was set on a mission to regenerate her world. Along with her friend Genis and her teacher Raine, the three of them set out on her mission. At the first temple, Colette and the others were attacked by what they thought were the Deisians, being able to defeat them and break the first seal. Colette is gifted by angel wings, along with angelic power. Yet, there was a price to be paid, which was her no longer need to eat or sleep.
Their mission pressed on, with many attacks from a group of people or monsters, but each time Colette and her friends were able to defeat on keep moving. When arriving to the second temple on, Colette was able to break the seal, improving her powers yet costing the chosen her sense of feelings, no longer being able to feel anything.
As soon as she made her prayer at the seal, an intruder appeared in front of them and captured Colette away from her friends. She tried to fight him off at first, but the young man named Lloyd was able to stop her and to explain to Colette that what she was doing was wrong.
Something in Colette told her to believe in what Lloyd was saying, and even though both of them did not know how to save her world, they both decided to combined their powers together and find a better way to save the world.
Personality: Colette is a quiet girl who mainly keeps to herself. With all the attention she gets from being a chosen, Colette likes to have a lot of alone time. She has a lot of friends, but none that are close to her, so Colette is very good at keeping her feelings bottled up inside. She has a warm heart, and is always helping people and will do anything to keep her world save. She had known since she was a little girl that she was going to die for the world, so she was never afraid of death.
